Based in London, his role includes leading the portfolio management function in Europe and overseeing the performance of Harrison Street’s European investment vehicles.
Prior to his appointment, Gisselbrecht (pictured) was a senior fund manager at AXA Investment Managers. He has also held senior roles at Patrizia and in BlackRock’s real assets group.
Joey Lansing, global head of portfolio management and strategy at Harrison Street, said: “[Gisselbrecht’s] impressive background in value-add investing will be invaluable as we look to continue building and optimising portfolios across our demographic-driven alternative property sectors.”
