LondonMetric Property has appointed the chief financial officer of Harworth Group as its newest non-executive director.
Kitty Patmore has 15 years of experience in finance and real estate, having also held roles at DRC Capital and Barclays.
Patrick Vaughan, LondonMetric’s chairman, said the company will “benefit from her significant real estate and capital markets experience”.
Patmore will join the company’s audit committee, replacing Howdens chief executive Andrew Livingston, who shifts to the remuneration committee.
