Harworth Group has sold five units at its Gateway 36 Business Park in Barnsley, south Yorkshire, to clients of Mayfair Capital for £15.8m.
The 145,278 sq ft of assets covers four fully let industrial units and one drive-through retail unit let to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Motor Depot and Fieldrose.
The price reflects a net initial yield of 4.8%.
Harworth owns 110 acres of land at neighbouring Gateway 36 that it intends to bring forward for a
mixed-use development from 2019.
