Harworth Estates has hired eight new staff and promoted seven as it implements expansion plans.
Peter Henry has been promoted to development director at the regeneration company, while Duncan Armstrong and Chris Davidson have been promoted to associate directors, major projects.
Heather Foxen has become a development surveyor.
The company has also created a building delivery team, which will be headed by David Elliott as director, building delivery, who was previously a project manager.
Another promotion was Iain Thomson, who will be group partnerships and communications manager.
Jenny Cutler has been appointed group financial controller.
Chris Birch will join from Eversheds as company secretary and general counsel as of 6 June.
