Hatton Real Estate has hired its first head of tenant representation as the niche City fringe agent seeks to capitalise on the rapid expansion of its tech sector clients.
The firm has appointed Sophie Higgins to head its newly established tenant representation department, which will advise Hatton clients including Mind Candy, Funding Circle, Unruly Media, Skimlinks,Moo.com, Go Cardless and the Office Group.
Hatton, which was established five years ago by Shaun Simons, Michael Raibin and Ricky Blair, has previously provided tenant advice but has largely focused on landlord and investment work.
Simons said: “Being the market leader in the City fringe office market, together with the experience Sophie will provide, we are excited about further evolving and expanding this department in the not so distant future, as we have done with the Hatton residential department, which was launched in 2013 by Matt Cobb.”
Higgins joins from Colliers International, prior to which she worked at Kinney Green.
