Hawes & Curtis ties up second Oxford Street store

ritish shirt maker Hawes & Curtis has signed for a second shop on Oxford Street, W1, weeks after securing a site for its debut on the famous shopping street.
It is taking 2,253 sq ft on a five-year lease at Langham Estate’s 156 Oxford Street, paying an annual rent of around £600 sq ft zone A. Hawes & Curtis recently agreed a deal to lease a 6,000 sq ft shop at Land Securities’ and Frogmore’s 211,000 sq ft Oriana Estate, at 36 Oxford Street.
