A nine-bedroom mansion built for the heir to the Pringle knitwear fortune is being offered with a guide price of £495,000 by Auction House Scotland.
Woodnorton, in the border town of Hawick, is built in a Scottish Renaissance style with Flemish- and Gothic-inspired details, and comes with a ballroom and 2.8 acres of land.
The sale takes place on 18 May at 200 St Vincent Street, Glasgow.
