Hawkshead has taken 6,889 sq ft (640 sq m) at Kilmartin Property Group’s Loch Lomond Shores Retail Crescent in Strathclyde.
The outdoor leisure retailer is paying £16 per sq ft (£173 per sq m) on the ground floor.
Loch Lomond Shores Retail Crescent is anchored by Jenners, which has a 30,000 sq ft (2,787 sq m) store.
Hawkshead managing director Simon Cooper said: “The new Hawkshead store in Loch Lomond Shores will be our second largest retail site, second only to the store in Hawkshead Village in Cumbria itself.”
Last October, Hawkhead was one of four high street chains sold by Arcadia to Rubicon, a management buyout team.
Hawkshead plans to open an outlet in every National Park in the UK.
Culverwell & Company represented Kilmartin.
