Hayes Distribution has taken a 25-year lease on a high bay warehouse on 7ha (18 acres) at Dove Valley Park in South Derbyshire. The design and build warehouse will cost £15m to develop.
Chesterton and Salloway & Associates acted for Condor Developments. They have been retained as agents on the 80,94ha (200 acre) park , which is located alongside the new M1-M6 link.
