International developer HB Reavis has fully let its City of London plug and play space.
The developer has let part of the seventh floor of 33 Central, EC4, to Savills and ExWorks, with the former taking 6,727 sq ft and the latter 3,100 sq ft.
HB Reavis’ UK HQ is also on the seventh floor of the building.
33 Central, on King William Street, comprises 226,000 sq ft of offices and a rooftop garden. The building, which completed in December 2017, is HB Reavis’ first London development. The firm sold the office block to Wells Fargo for £300m in July 2016.
Meanwhile, Amsterdam-headquartered accounting firm TMF Group has taken 8,640 sq ft at 20 Farringdon Street, EC4.
20 Farringdon Street offers 85,000 sq ft of offices across 11 floors, with around 2,500 sq ft of terraces.
HB Reavis bought 20 Farringdon Street in 2014 as an £80m development opportunity from Artesian and Chenavari.
HB Reavis has so far offered plug and play space in 33 Central, 20 Farringdon Street and in the current Elizabeth House building in Waterloo, SE1, with ambitions to roll it out across future developments in the UK.
