Slovakian developer HB Reavis has appointed DTZ and Knight Frank to prelet its new office scheme at 20 Farringdon Street, EC4.
The property has planning consent for a 75,000 sq ft Denton Corker Marshall-designed 12-storey, grade-A building.
The instruction comes three months after HB Reavis bought the vacant block for £33m.
Rents in excess of £70 per sq ft are likely to be achieved.
The building is due to complete in 2017.
