HB Reavis development director Kiran Pawar is to leave the firm to join IV Real Estate.
It is understood Pawar will be responsible for helping IV Real Estate build up its development team and business.
He has spent just over three years at HB Reavis as development director. Previously, he was development director at Landsec for more than nine and a half years. Before that, we was a senior architect at Westfield for three years.
London and South UK-focused IV Real Estate has been on an expansion drive lately, acquiring an office block at 14 Clerkenwell Close in Farringdon, previously owned by The Children’s Society according to Radius Data Exchange, as well as 37-39 and 41 Corn Street in Bristol from Big Sur Properties last year.
HB Reavis is also active in Farringdon, having bought 20 Farringdon Street in 2014 as an £80m development opportunity from Artesian and Chenavari.
Steven Skinner, UK chief executive of HB Reavis, said: “After three years with HB Reavis as UK development director, Kiran Pawar will soon be moving on to a new challenge. Whilst we’re sad to see Kiran go, we are thankful for the passion and experience he brought to the company and wish him a great deal of success for the future.”
IV Real Estate declined to comment.
