HBOS has moved into an administrative office on Terrace Hill’s Teesdale Business Park in Stockton on Teesside.
The bank has taken 4,300 sq ft on a 10-year lease within an office building on the 55,000 sq ft Three Acre site at Teesdale. Rent is £17.50 per sq ft.
AIM-listed developers Terrace Hill are building five office blocks on the £10 million site, three of which are now completed. Two of these buildings will be approximately 10,000 sq ft and one will be 12,700 sq ft. All the buildings are three stories high and are available for sale or lease.
