HCL Technologies has invested £1.2m in its 4,645 sq m (50,000 sq ft) call centre in Apollo Road, Belfast.
An extra £625,000 in regional assistance from Invest Northern Ireland has supported the scheme.
It has built an on-site “university” offering training.
