HDD buys three Kent plots for mixed-use scheme

Birmingham-based Henry Davidson Developments is buying three sites on the Ashford Road in Faversham, Kent, for a mixed-use development with a supermarket, hotel and care home.

The site does not yet have planning but will include a 20,000 sq ft supermarket, 80-bed hotel and 66-bed luxury care home for LNT Care Developments. The end value will be around £14.7m.

HDD has exchanged contracts with Hallam Land Management and vendors FK Kemsley & Sons, who were advised by Strutt & Parker.

It is next to a 310-home Barratt scheme.
