BZW has appointed Healey & Baker to let Ebbgate House when it relocates to Canary Wharf this autumn.
The 11,984sq m (129,000 sq ft) City building at 2 Swan Lane will be vacated by BZW in October. It has an occupational lease from Prudential which expires in 2009.
Healey & Baker is reviewing BZW’s options but it is thought the dealing room facility will be let as secondary space.
Floor plates range from 650sq m (7,000sq ft) to 2,694 sq m (29,000sq ft).
Richard Ellis, DTZ Debenham Thorpe and Weatherall Green &Smith also pitched for the instruction.
