Inglewood health spa in Kintbury, Berkshire, has been sold for redevelopment into an exclusive retirement home.
Raven Audley Court has bought the property in a multi-million pound deal from Champneys Group.
The spa, set in 55-acres, offers 65,000 sq ft pf space.
Planning permission for change of use has not yet been granted.
