More than 1,200 NHS and care workers have bought Taylor Wimpey homes at a 5% discount.
The housebuilder said that half of the sales had been reserved before it introduced the offer in May, but would receive the discount anyway.
The scheme is due to run until the end of the year.
The firm said that completions would fall by 40% this year due to construction delays caused by the lockdown.
