Global Holdings Management Group has secured a healthcare specialist for its offices at Twenty Two Upper Ground.
Lucid Group has agreed a five-year lease for 7,721 sq ft of workspace, which will become the firm’s new London headquarters.
Twenty Two Upper Ground forms part of the wider Sea Containers development. The building measures 62,258 sq ft of workspace spread across eight floors. Each floor comes fully fitted upon request and features a range of amenities, including bookable meeting rooms, a gym, restaurants, bars, and first-class commuter facilities.
Josh Lawrence, chief executive of Global Holdings Management Group UK, said: “Together with our partners we have been focused on ensuring Twenty Two Upper Ground provides high quality, employee-focused office space. With Barge Crescent [a 35,000 sq ft office building] set to complete, we believe both buildings have the ability to help businesses thrive and allow them to build their brand and attract leading talent.”
Bluebook and USP are the appointed leasing agents for Twenty Two Upper Ground.
