Lambert Smith Hampton sold a £10m residential development opportunity in County Down, Northern Ireland, at its Belfast auction on 21 November.
The vacant 9.12-acre Downe Hospital and Health Centre site in Downpatrick sold for more than its £425,000 guide price.
The site, comprising two plots on 8.6 acres, has planning permission for 48 homes, plus offices and shops.
It was sold on behalf of Land & Property Services to a private party.
In total, the auction raised £3.6m – an 84% success rate.
