A start-up hedge fund is to pay £93.50 per sq ft to lease space at Cadogan’s 39 Sloane Street, SW1.
TriSpan Investments, founded by former Quilvest and Credit Suisse executives, will occupy the 3,500 sq ft second floor of the refurbished Chelsea office. Miles Commercial and CBRE represented Cadogan; Colliers International advised the tenant.
