Heitman appoints Rijnoudt

Global property investment firm Heitman has appointed Erik Rijnoudt as senior vice president for portfolio management at the company’s London office.

The firm also announced the promotion of former portfolio manager David Brodersen to senior vice president at Heitman’s Warsaw office.

Rijnoudt joins Heitman from Apollo Global Real Estate where he worked as European portfolio manager. In his previous role he was responsible for a €1bn portfolio of western European core-plus and value-added assets across the office, logistics, retail and residential real estate classes.

Previously, Rijnoudt worked as a fund asset manager at AXA Real Estate and as an associate director at AEW Europe.

Brodersen has been with Heitman since 2010 . He previously worked as development director to the head of asset management for central and eastern Europe at GE Capital Real Estate’s Prague office.
