Helical Bar has let the 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) third floor of Cheapside House, 138 Cheapside, London EC4 to consultant actuary Barnett Waddingham.
The floor is let on a 10-year lease at an initial rent of £45 per sq ft (£484 per sq m) with a six month rent-free period.
Helical’s agent BH2 said Helical had significant interest in the floor which was placed under offer within 15 days of the previous tenant vacating the premises.
Barnett Waddingham was represented by Grant Monger-Godfrey, while Helical Bar’s agent was BH2.
