Helical is to let 15,994 sq ft at One Creechurch Place, EC3, to Coverys Management Agent.
CMA, the Lloyds managing agency owned by medical professional liability insurer Coverys, has agreed a 10-year lease on the sixth floor.
The deal brings the building to 75% let, with 69,674 sq ft at the 17-storey, 272,505 sq ft building available.
Other secured tenants include Hyperion, Enstar, Dell and Travelers.
Gerald Kaye, chief executive of Helical, said: “This is another strong letting for Creechurch, one supporting our view that London remains the city of choice for a diverse range of occupiers.
“We had a strong vision for the building, a sophisticated working environment that allows leading businesses to flourish, while being able to enjoy new public realm and local green spaces, in this case Mitre Square and Aldgate Square. We are optimistic about letting the remaining space during 2018.”
Helical’s joint letting agents are Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, Ingleby Trice and Savills. Coverys was advised by Savills.
