Helical has let a floor at The Tower in Old Street, EC1, to marketing group Incubeta.
A long-term lease for the 16th floor of the 17-storey tower was agreed at an undisclosed rent. The block, which measures 171,000 sq ft, is now 75% let.
Four of the 17 floors in The Tower – some 40,517 sq ft – are still vacant.
Helical previously signed Finablr, the owner of Travelex and UAE Exchange, to floor 17 at The Tower, alongside Brilliant Basics, an Infosys company, which has taken floors 10 and 11.
Farfetch, an online fashion platform, and serviced office provider WeWork occupy floors seven to nine and one to six respectively.
