Helical has instructed agents to sell its C Space office scheme in Shoreditch, EC1.
Savills and Hall Kemp are seeking offers in excess of £73.5m for the 62,000 sq ft building. The price reflects a net initial yield of 4.65%.
Helical redeveloped the former carpet factory at 37-45 City Road after acquiring the original building in 2013 from O’Callaghan Properties for £11.6m.
Mullen Lowe Group UK prelet 75% of the new scheme to house advertising agency DLKW Lowe, activation agency Lowe Open and digital agency Lowe Profero.
The remaining space has been let to NeuLion, a technology product and service provider.
