Helix sells Oxford resi

Oxford-University-THUMB.jpegHelix Property Advisors, on behalf of Harmsworth Pension Funds Trustees Limited, has sold the whole of 52 New Inn Hall Street, Oxford, to private purchasers for a figure in excess of £7.8m.

The former office property, converted to residential use by Alaska Developments through permitted development rights, totals around 13,500 sq ft over four floors and provides 22 studios, one- and two-bedroom residential apartments.

Jennifer Cottle, associate director at Helix, said: “New Inn Hall is the first residential development to have been built in central Oxford for 20 years and the fact that all the properties sold within a week of being launched confirms the high demand and appetite for top-quality properties in the city.”

Helix was represented by Oxford-based residential letting specialist Breckon & Breckon.
