Henderson Global Investors has acquired three assets in North America for a total of $91m (£58m).
Henderson’s US multifamily housing fund CASA IV has acquired the Rittenhouse Apartments, a 206-unit apartment community in Washington, DC, while the CASA V fund held its initial equity closing and has completed its first two acquisitions. These are Waterford at the Lakes, in Kent, Washington, a 344-unit master planned community; and Southpoint Glen, in Durham, North Carolina, which has 346 units.
