Henderson Global Investors has secured planning permission for a 180,833 sq ft development in Farringdon, EC1.
Charterhouse Place, located at the former Caxton House site at 2 Farringdon Road, will feature nine storeys of office space with retail at ground-floor level.
Islington planners approved the revised plans, which were drawn up by Lifschutz Davison Sandilands.
