Henderson will oppose a constructive dismissal claim by small companies investor Patrick Evershed against New Star Asset Management tomorrow.
The 70-year-old won the right last year at the Court of Appeal for the claim to be heard at an employment tribunal as a whistle blowing case, allowing Evershed to claim unlimited damages. He was dismissed in late 2008 by New Star boss John Duffield. Henderson bought New Star in early 2009.
