Henderson Park entered into the Polish market by acquiring a 70% stake in local real estate investor EPP’s office portfolio.
It has acquired a stake in 11 new office buildings across three cities.
EPP will retain a 30% stake in the portfolio and continue to manage the assets in partnership with Henderson Park.
The portfolio is fully let and comprises 1.1m sq ft of office space, including the O3 Business Campus in Kraków (pictured), Malta Office Park in Poznań and Symetris Business Park in Łódź.
Tenants across the office buildings include McKinsey, Philips, Nordea Bank and Grant Thornton.
Nick Weber, founding partner of Henderson Park, said: “This transaction marks our entry into the Polish market, where we see great potential at an attractive entry level.
“Structuring this deal alongside a listed company fits well with our ethos of finding unique and innovative ways to access real estate investment opportunities on behalf of our investors.”
Colliers advised EPP on the deals.
