Henderson Global Investors is partnering Istithmar P&O Estates to fund the £70m final phase of the Regent Quarter, N1. Its Central London Office Fund will provide equity for development of the mixed-use project on York Way.
Istithmar P&O Estates has retained an equity interest. BNP PRE acted for Henderson.
