Henderson sells Oxford store

Henderson UK Property Fund has sold a prime high street investment at 6-7 High Street, Oxford, for £9.3m to Eyre Estate Investment Fund.

The 14,048 sq ft property, which was sold at a 4.8% net initial yield, is let to Jack Wills, the iconic British lifestyle brand.

Henderson acquired the block in May 2010 from DTZ Investment Management for £5m and let the property to Jack Wills at a rent of £475,000 pa.

CBRE and Larraby Land acted for Henderson Global Investors; MMX Retail advised the Eyre Estate.
