Henley Camland buys into Ebbsfleet

Ebbsfleet-CGI-THUMB.jpegA partnership between Henley Investments and infrastructure specialist Camland has bought two-thirds of the Ebbsfleet Eastern Quarry site in Kent from Land Securities.

Henley Camland bought the site for an undisclosed sum, which has the potential for around 4,700 homes.

Land Securities retained the remaining third of the site, which should provide around 1,500 homes.

Currently, around 15,000 homes are planned at Ebbsfleet, the flagship scheme of the government’s garden city plans.
