Henry Boot Developments has netted a prelet for the final phase of its Meir Park development in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
Sants Pharmaceutical Distributors – part of the Co-operative Group – has signed for a 190,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution unit on a 25-year lease at the park, which fronts the A50 trunk road linking the M1 and M6.
Jones Lang LaSalle is advising Henry Boot alongside Matthews & Goodman.
Cameron Mitchell, head of JLL’s industrial & logistics team in Birmingham, said: “This deal completes the tenant line for the 18-acre development and shows the strength of current occupier demand in the Midlands industrial market.”
