Argos has signed for the final building at Henry Boot Developments Hailsham retail park in Sussex.
The retailer has taken 11,000 sq ft (1,021 sq m) for 15 years at a rent of £9.25 per sq ft (£99 per sq m).
Other tenants at the site include Focus DIY, Jollyes Pet Foods and Sussex Beds.
