Telecommunications company KTL has taken a pre-let on 2,230 sq m (24,000 sq ft) of offices and laboratory space at Henry Boot’s Priory Park West in Hessle, Hull.
KTL has signed a 20 year lease at £86 per sq m (£8 per sq ft) . The company plans to be in occupation by the autumn of next year.
Henry Butcher & Co acted for KTL whilst King Sturge & Co and Scotts.
