Henry Boot has completed two land sales with the capacity to develop 275 homes.
The company had previously forecast that one of the land sales would comprise three separate sales ending at the end of 2018, but has now concluded early.
As a result the company anticipates, “irrespective of the EU referendum”, that its profits before tax for the 2016 will be comfortably ahead of current market expectations.
Henry Boot will provide more detail on the acquisitions in its half year results to 30 June which are due to be published on 25 August.
