Property services group, Hercules has its eye on DGA’s £640m management portfolio from which it is securing insurance commission income.
This would take the value of property insured through Hercules to £1.7bn producing commissions of £1m pa.
The company has also over the past six weeks, built up a 6% stake in David Glass Associates.
