Hermes buys Chiswick Tower for £56.5m

Hermes Real Estate Investment Management has bought Chiswick Tower, W4, from Harbert European Real Estate Fund III for £56.5m.

The deal will see HREIML take ownership of the 18-storey building, located above Gunnersbury station.

It totals 143,000 sq ft and includes 420 car parking spaces.

The building has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment and lease restructuring under Harbert’s ownership, with Canmoor acting as asset manager.

Anchor tenants include BSI Systems, recruitment firm Michael Page, and digital entertainment company Konami.

BNP Paribas Real Estate UK acted for HREIML; Tudor Toone advised Harbert.
