Hermes Property Asset Management has sold the 34,771 sq ft (3,230 sq m) Satellite Business Village, Manor Royal, Crawley.
The £4.97m sale, to a private client of Loughnane Valuation Services, reflects a net initial yield of 7.75%.
The six-building village is let to four tenants for a further 11 years at £407,400 pa (£10.58 to £15.52 per sq ft (£114 to £167 per sq m)).
