Hermes has launched the sale of a prominent Glasgow office block following the no-vote in September’s independence referendum.
The fund manager has instructed FG Burnett to seek offers for 151-155 Vincent Street in excess of £27m.
The 73,610 sq ft fully let office block is on the corner of St Vincent Street and West Campbell Street.
Tenants include Network Rail and Skyscanner.
Hermes has completed a major refurbishment of the building.
FG Burnett director Ewen White said: “This is the first sale of institutional product in Scotland since the referendum and after six months of relative inactivity, the transaction will act as a bellwether for the Scottish investment market.”
