Hermes/ Prudential submit Milton Keynes plans

                            Hermes Real Estate and Prudential this week submitted plans to create a new restaurant quarter within its thecentre:mk shopping mall in Milton Keynes.   The proposals, which form part of a £20m makeover of the mall, will see four new restaurants totalling 4,500 sq ft built on the east and west sides of the centre’s Queens Court alongside re-landscaping work that will added trees, benches, a new raised water feature and feature lighting.   Subject to planning, work on Queens Court is scheduled to begin before the end of the year, with completion set for summer 2009.   CB Richard Ellis and Gooch Cunliffe Whale are letting agents.   samantha.mcclary@egi.co.uk
