Allied London Industrial Properties has bought the Yewtree Trading Estate in Haydock, Merseyside, for £9,750,000.
The estate comprises 12 light industrial units totalling 58,899 sq m (634,000 sq ft). Tenants, including Asda Stores and AIM Distribution, produce a net annual rental income of £1.26m, Healey & Baker valued the estate at £10.25m.
