Cosmetics company Oro Gold has agreed a new record rent in Mayfair’s South Molton Street, W1. It will pay Hermes Properties a £550 per sq ft zone A rent for a shop at 37 South Molton Street, W1.
The previous record zone A rent was £385 per sq ft. The retailer has taken a 10-year lease on 700 sq ft.
Hermes recently refurbished and added an extra floor to the property. The upper floors have been converted to flats.
