Hermes is to invest £1m in a refurbishment of its 25,547 sq m (275,000 sq ft) Schofields Centre, Leeds. The programme is intended to create more prominent entrances on the The Headrow and Lands Lane frontages, with brighter internal lighting arrangements.
The work is due to start in May 1996, with completion set for October in time for the Christmas shopping period. Colliers Erdman Lewis is managing agent of the Schofields Centre, and joint letting agent with Smith Price.
