Gerald Ronson’s Heron International has exchanged contracts on its biggest deal so far at its City skyscraper, the Heron Tower, EC2.
The developer/investor has let 50,000 sq ft to Partnership Assurance across the lower four floors of the building.
It is thought to be paying less than £50 per sq ft for the space.
Partnership Assurance was advised by Dron & Wright; CBRE and Savills are letting agents on the Heron Tower.
