Heron International has leased the remaining four floors at 110 Bishopsgate, EC2, to Salesforce, the tech firm which bought the naming rights for the building in 2014.
The cloud computing company has signed for an additional 50,000 sq ft in the building on a lease expiring in 2029, bringing its total occupancy to 125,000 sq ft.
Gerald Ronson, chief executive of Heron International, said: “We are very pleased to agree this significant letting to Salesforce, which marks the completion of our leasing programme. The fact that the building is now fully let reflects the exceptional quality of the space it offers and its prime business location.”
CBRE and Savills acted for Heron International; Cushman & Wakefield acted for Salesforce.
