Heron International’s eponymous City skyscraper is to be renamed as part of a deal with US tech company Salesforce.
The 444,000 sq ft skyscraper has been rebranded as the Salesforce Tower London after the company signed for an additional 50,000 sq ft of offices, taking its total occupation to 76,000 sq ft, or around 17% of the building.
The tower is now 90% occupied. Salesforce, which sells customer relationship management software, has signed a 15-year lease for levels 26 to 31.
It agreed a similar deal in San Francisco earlier this year to rename 415 Mission Street after letting 714,000 sq ft.
CBRE and Savills advised Heron; Cushman & Wakefield acted for Salesforce.
