Car hire firm Hertz (UK) has put Alder King in the driving seat to acquire up to a dozen new outlets in the South West.
Alder King will represent Hertz (UK) in efforts to acquire sites ranging from 2,500 sq ft on a 0.25 acre site to 10,000 sq ft on half an acre.
Target locations are Bristol, North and Central; Bath; Taunton; Yeovil; Exeter; Plymouth; Salisbury; Bournemouth; Southampton; and Brighton.
Ian Stobart, UK Property Manager for Hertz, said: ”We chose Alder King because of their branch network in the region and for the comprehensive range of in-house property services that they offer.”
Bob Neale from the Alder King Corporate Client Team added: “Already we are under offer in two thirds of the towns and cities where we have been asked to source property.”
